Brief Description:  Right wing fuel tank #18

Finally! The baffle is riveted in and all of the riveting for the right tank is done! I had one rivet that I had to drill out, but I'm very happy to be done riveting this tank.

Every second cleco on the top and bottom of the wing was removed, the rivet holes and the rivets were cleaned. Mixed up a batch of proseal, put it in a syringe and filled every hole. Once that was done, I placed a rivet in every hole, set it into the hole with a punch until the proseal formed a nice ring around the rivet and then I squeezed the rivets. Nice being able to use the squeezer for all of the rivets.

Cleaned up the proseal around the set rivets on the skin side and removed the rest of the clecoes, cleaned and repeated the process.

After all of the rivets were set, I laid a bead of proseal along the rivet heads, making sure every head was covered. I removed the electrical tape I had placed to make a nice cleaned edge. Very happy with the work tonight. Just have mix a batch of proseal tomorrow, and install the fuel pickup assembly and screwed it in.

I'll wait a week or so for the proseal to set up before I test the tank for leaks.
